Rentals
To begin your rental request for the Scott Township Park Shelterhouse or the Scott Township Ball Park Clubhouse, simply select your preferred date on the calendar below. Rentals are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
After selecting your date, complete and submit the online rental application. A Scott Township representative will contact you to review the details, answer any questions, and help complete the reservation process.
Please note that selecting a date or submitting an application does not guarantee your reservation. Your rental is considered confirmed only after all required forms have been completed, applicable fees have been paid, and the reservation has been confirmed by the Scott Township Trustee’s Office.
As part of the rental process, you will be asked to provide a copy of your Driver’s License or State-Issued ID. This may be submitted electronically with your rental application documents or provided in person at the Trustee’s Office.
Prior to your rental date, you will also need to pick up your facility key card from the Scott Township Trustee’s Office, 1135 Hoing Road, Evansville, IN 47725. Key cards will be released once all required payments and identity verification have been completed.

Shelterhouse Rentals
The Bob Harris Shelterhouse, located at Scott Township Park, is available for gatherings of up to 40 guests (maximum occupancy). Tables and chairs are provided for your use.
The Shelterhouse is equipped with heating and air conditioning for added comfort.
Public restrooms are located just down the drive from the Shelterhouse and are available during regular park operating hours.
Rental Fee's
Daily Fee - $75 plus a Refundable Deposit $25.
A refundable deposit is required and will be returned once the rental is completed, provided all applicable criteria and rental requirements are met.
You must fill out the following application for any bookings.
Clubhouse Rentals
The Clubhouse, located at the Scott Township Ball Park, is available for gatherings of up to 40 guests (maximum occupancy). Tables and chairs are provided for your use.
The Clubhouse is heated but does not have air conditioning.
Use of the ball field may be available upon request and is subject to availability. The Clubhouse patio may also be included with your rental.
Public restrooms are available during regular Ball Park operating hours.
