Rentals

To start the rental process for the Scott Township Park Shelterhouse or the Scott Township Ball Park Clubhouse, please call the Trustee's office at 812-297-0749. Once you complete your rental request, a representative from our office will send your rental agreement to sign electronically in addition to an invoice for your rental fee. We will need a copy of your Driver's License or State Issued ID which you can upload to your rental agreement electronically. You do have the option to visit the office to sign a paper copy of the Rental Agreement, provide your Driver's License or State Issued ID, and pay your invoice via check. Once all documents and payments are complete, your reservation will be secure. 

Effective May 1st, 2026 each Lessee will need to pick up a key card from the Scott Township Trustee's Office, located at 1135 Hoing Rd., Evansville, IN 47725 prior to their rental date. A refundable $25 security deposit, paid via cash or check, must be presented at pick up, along with a Driver's License or State Issued ID. Key cards will not be released without payment of deposit and identify verification.
