Current employment opportunites

This position is one of the many faces of the parks, cemeteries, and other properties owned by Scott Township. Employees must be able to perform manual labor to maintain the parks. The Township currently maintains several cemeteries all within Scott Township as well as several parks. The Scott Township Trustee is also the providing unit for the Scott Township Fire Territory which serves as the Vanderburgh County Fire Department. Grounds employees may be required to perform maintenance at these stations as well (all located within Vanderburgh County) Employees must be 18 and able to pass a background check with clean driving record.
